What is the best Digital Camera on the market? How does the Sony cyber-shots compare with it?

I’ve used Kodak, Sony and Canon then I bought a Nikon DSLR

the best compacts on the market are the Canon, get one you won’t be disappointed.

I buy a new camera every year just because i love keeping up on technology i have had one+ camera’s from all the top brands(kodak,canon,sony,samsung, etc.) and the sony’s have always had the best picture quality. I have the T500 and it is amazing the picture and video quality are amazing. i have used it alot and have noticed no glitches. the only problem with it is that the max recording for a video is 10minutes. but i have not seen a problem with that because you can just hit the record button again and it starts recording another vid so you may lose 3 seconds but thats all.
