My Sony W100 takes too long to take a picture. How do I change the settings and which settings do i change?

    it’s obvious that you have the camera settings on the highest setting possible. Go to the camera on your phone, go to options/settings and change the size of the picture or quality (ex. 640 by 420 is good)

    You need to change the camera not the settings.

    What you are describing is called shutter lag. You can shorten it, in some instances, by depressing the shutter 1/2 way so the camera can focus and then finish depressing it. Its worth a try.

    Also, it might be a good idea to review your Owner’s Manual. You may have forgotten something.
