How do I transfer a video from my Sony Ericcson to my computer?

I have a Sony Ericsson w580 that I just recently got. Up until this point, if i wanted to transfer any pictures from my phone to my computer I’ve just emailed them to myself. But now I went to send a bunch of videos from a concert to myself. I tried to send them in a message, but it says the video is too long, and asks if I want to shorten it, which I do not. Does anyone have the same phone and know how I can transfer the video without cutting it down. Thanks so much!

Yeah I also have the W580i Sony eric
Basically you should have gotten a USB cable
When you bought the phone (in the box)
One side is the USB and the other is the funky hole you
Charge the phone in. Then plug it into the computer
Itll either pop up asking if you want to veiw the stuff inside
Or you can go to my computer, find the phone (may be marked as flash memory of some sort) Click on it/Open and click the folder DCIM. Sorry if this is confusing, hope it helps
