Sony

I have the new slider Sony Ericsson Walkman phone…
I have put pictures onto my computer from the phone before, but now it’s just not working.
I’ve already read other similar questions, but they all say to OPEN the ‘Removable Disk (E:)’.

The problem is, it does come up as Removable Disk (E:), but when I try to open or explore it, a message pops up that says, “Please insert a disk into drive E:.”

Any help?
