This wasn’t a problem before, but all of the sudden, when I try to capture video from my sony video camcorder, it says that it cannot find a video device. What can I do to make this work again?

I have a friend who wants the sony digital reader, and he lives in Ireland. Does anyone know when sony plans on releasing it internationally?

I need a free software program that I can use to edit pictures and video that I’ve taken with my Sony Handycam (mini DVD). I’d like to be able to transfer video from the mini-DVD to my hard drive, as well as edit, etc., and/or transfer to regular writeable DVDs.

I’m sure all vaios laptops uses the same technique to brighten the screen. My laptop is a sony vaio pcg-frv31.

I have a Sony B50 satellite receiver with access card and a RCA DTC 100 HDTV satellite receiver w/remote, no card and would like to be able to convert one or both of them to receive FTA signals. Can this be done? If not I would like to know which FTA brands are the best, most reliable. I’ve checked out several on the net, but actually cannot see much difference. Maybe the Coolsat 8000 or Pansat.One with HDTV is preferable. Thanks

I love my iPod but I wish I could transfer songs (and even videos) to my Sony Ericsson 810. I have a 4 GB memory card and an iMac, how can I link the two together? Thanks.

I have a Sony Handycam and have some old dvds that I would like to combine so that I can edit them on my laptop. I have downloaded HandBrake to rip the dvds, but that program won’t read the discs. Whenever I just try to watch the disc, a little error message pops up telling me “D:\ is not accessible. Incorrect function.”

My computer was stolen a month ago and with it all my songs in it. The only backup I have of my music is in my SONY Altrac AD Walkman. Unfortunately, Sonic Stage (SONY software) on my new computer is not allowing me to upload the music from the walkman as it is telling me to go to the original computer. Please help.

The camera lens is not working. When I switch it on the screen just shows the word ‘Access’ and doesn’t let me click pics. The Sony service people say that something is wrong with the lens assembly. The LCD screen, flash and other parts are working fine. I would like to sell the camera because repairing it would be too expensive.

I got the Sony Ericsson hoping to get a phone and an mp3 but I already spent $44 on a memory stick and I am hoping that I could use my old headphones instead of buying more.

I couldn’t find the hole to put my headphones in so that’s why I’m thinking you have to buy another set.
